Age UK CAP is very aware of the digital challenges faced by older individuals, such as a lack of skills, distrust in the internet, inadequate equipment or broadband, and financial constraints. They support older people to access the digital world and, for those who do not want to, or cannot, use online services, they campaign against digital discrimination, and for the provision of alternative offline services.
