  • Digital Inclusion Directory June 2022. This Digital Inclusion Directory was funded by the Vaccine Access Champions project and published through a partnership between Cambridge Online and Cambridge City Council, to help staff and the public access information regarding Vaccine Access online in and around Cambridge.
  • Essential digital skills framework, Department for Education, last updated 23 April 2019. The essential digital skills framework defines the digital skills adults need to safely benefit from, participate in and contribute to the digital world.
  • Building a Digital Nation, infographic. Good Things Foundation. Each year Good Things Foundation create a Digital Nation infographic, that gathers the facts and stats about digital inclusion and exclusion in the UK.
  • Digital Inclusion Toolkit. Collaborative project funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government. This toolkit serves as a how-to guide on strategies that can be used when tackling digital exclusion in our communities.
  • Digital money for seniors, a data-driven guide on adjusting to the digital future of banking by Compare the Market, the Money Team.
  • Catalyst have gathered resources from across their network. They include digital fundraising, getting your team onboard, lessons learnt from other charities as well as guides to delivering digital projects.
  • Voice Online Communities CIC is a community website publishing platform. You can simply apply for a website and use the documentation to build it by yourself if you want to.
  • AbilityNet host training for individuals and organisations to educate on digital accessibility issues.
  • FutureLearn provide a huge range of free online training courses that cover digital themes including managing digital transformation in the workplace, digital marketing, digital skills, and digital wellbeing.
  • Third Sector Lab, The Curve. Digital skills training for the third sector. The Curve is a series of free, 90-minute workshops for third sector organisations. These online workshops aim to build knowledge around best digital practices, raise awareness of digital tools and ultimately help increase impact with digital.
  • Cambridge CVS host training and events for voluntary sector groups.
  • Charity Digital host a range of events and training sessions and publish regular articles to support charities in developing and delivering their digital offer.
  • Digital Unite provide training to support organisations who are setting up a Digital Champions network as well as skills development of staff.
